Charles Klvana – Managing Director

Charles Klvana leads a team of bookkeepers and finance professionals who take the time to understand your bookkeeping goals. This allows Charles and his team to tailor bookkeeping solutions that meet the unique needs of your business.

“I wanted to create a bookkeeping business in Perth that did more than just ‘process the books’,” he said.

“That way business owners can get on with running their business and doing what they do best while we worry about the books.”

Before founding Eye on Books in 2007, Charles operated and worked in small and large businesses for more than a decade. This background allows him to bring big-business principles to the table, while working closely with clients on a case-by-case basis.

His vision for Eye on Books has seen him take home the 2013 Business News 40under40 Award. He is also one of 10 members of the Xero Partner Advisory Council of Australia.

Kielan Faria – Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, I lead efforts to boost efficiency and innovation, leveraging my background in IT and bookkeeping. My main focus is on optimizing workflows and integrating advanced strategies that streamline our operations, meeting both organizational needs and client bookkeeping requirements seamlessly.

I oversee all aspects of our operational processes, ensuring smooth integration of accounting systems, payroll systems, and tailored solutions for client-specific bookkeeping needs. This includes providing comprehensive training to maximize efficiency across all areas, from invoicing to financial reporting.

In my role, I am dedicated to exploring innovative approaches to refine our operations and enhance our ability to deliver outstanding service and support to our clients. By staying informed about industry trends and technological advancements, I ensure we remain at the forefront of operational excellence, enabling us to meet the evolving needs of our clients effectively.
